Our Guarantee
We guarantee the professional application and quality of our work. We focus on the details.
Surface Preparation: If any surface requires extra work (beyond the standard paint application) to ensure the paint lasts as long as the manufacturer’s label indicates and to achieve a professional finish, we will inform you beforehand.
Compliance with Standards: We rigorously adhere to the standards and best practices of the painting industry.
Important: No Return Policy
Once the work has been delivered and accepted by the client, we do not return to the property to perform subsequent work for warranty or correction purposes.
The Total Satisfaction guarantee is based on the client’s satisfaction with the work performed at the time of final delivery.
The Satisfaction Guarantee DOES NOT COVER:
The Carvi’s Painting guarantee covers the quality of the application and the acceptance of the agreed-upon work. Therefore, it does not cover:
Subsequent Work: Any requests for work or corrections after the final delivery and acceptance of the project.
Defects Not Related to Application: Any damage, cracking, peeling, or bubbling caused by structural problems, property movement, pre-existing moisture in the substrate, knots in the wood, rust, or flaws in paint layers that existed before our work.
External Factors or Normal Wear and Tear: Problems caused by ordinary use and wear, misuse, abrasive cleaning, mechanical damage, vandalism, accidents, or damage due to fire, floods, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions.
Surfaces Not Recommended: Does not cover horizontal surfaces or those that, by design, allow moisture to accumulate (e.g., patios, gutters, roofs).
Materials Not Supplied: Any job where the materials (paint, sealants, etc.) were not supplied or selected by Carvi’s Painting.
